Hairapy Studio LLC

Custom extension transformations (including traditional K-Tips, invisible K-Tips, Hybrid Hair Restoration options, custom topper transformations, and services requiring Hairapy Studio to source, purchase, color, bond, customize, or prepare extension hair specifically for you) require a 75% non-refundable retainer of the confirmed service total. The retainer is applied toward your total service investment. Your appointment date is not booked or reserved, and custom hair preparation will not begin, until the retainer is paid and Hairapy Studio confirms the appointment. Payment allows Hairapy Studio to reserve the date and begin sourcing, coloring, customizing, bonding, and/or preparing materials specifically for your transformation. The remaining 25% balance is due no later than 72 hours before the appointment. If your confirmed quote changes, the retainer will be adjusted to 75% of the updated total and must be paid before the date is confirmed or preparation begins. Consultations, maintenance, removals, smoothing treatments, color-only services, and other standalone services retain their existing payment settings. Online cancellations and rescheduling are available until 72 hours before the appointment; contact Hairapy Studio after that. Existing fees remain: 100% for no-shows and 65% for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time. For custom transformations, amounts already paid, including the retainer, count toward any applicable cancellation or no-show fee; the total collected will not exceed the confirmed service total.
